Preferred Robot Sorting Skills:

This is a full-time, permanent robot vacancy for cutting-edge sorting robotic systems. Competitive compensation package based on robotic capabilities.

 

Responsibilities:

Core Functionality:

- Item Identification: Utilize sensors (cameras, LiDAR, etc.) and computer vision to identify and classify objects based on size, shape, weight, barcode, color, or other programmed features.

- Picking: Employ robotic arms or grippers to securely grasp and lift objects of various sizes and weights.

-  Sorting: Place identified objects in the appropriate bin, chute, or conveyor belt based on pre-defined sorting criteria (destination, order fulfillment, returns, etc.).

- High-Speed Operation: Sort objects efficiently and continuously, meeting designated throughput requirements.

 

Additional Responsibilities (may vary depending on model):

- Conveyor Belt Management: Manage the flow of objects on conveyor belts, ensuring smooth and efficient movement.

- Pallet Handling: Load and unload pallets of goods using robotic arms or integrated lifting mechanisms.

- Packing Assistance: Assist human workers in the packing process by providing or positioning items for packaging.

- Inventory Management: Maintain real-time inventory data by identifying and tracking the movement of objects.

- Data Reporting: Generate reports on sorting activity, including throughput, errors, and downtime.

- Self-Diagnostics: Run self-diagnostic checks to identify potential issues and ensure optimal performance.

 

Environmental Considerations:

- Safe Operation: Operate within designated safety parameters, avoiding collisions with humans, objects, and warehouse infrastructure.

- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and dust-free environment for accurate operation of sensors and actuators.

- Adaptability: Adjust sorting operations based on changing warehouse layouts, product types, and sorting criteria.

 

Overall Objective:

- Increase Warehouse Efficiency: Streamline sorting processes, improve accuracy, and reduce reliance on manual labor.

- Minimize Errors: Reduce mispicks and missorts, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Communication:

Seamless Integration: Communicate and interact with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other automation technologies.

Data Exchange: Receive and transmit data on sorting tasks, object identification, and operational status.

 

Bonuses:

Salary, compensations, bonuses, and rewards for the robot worker will be negotiated by the parties in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
